Duties and Responsibilities

  • Book appointments and schedule meetings
  • Provide rate confirmations as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer orders, requests, and calls received
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed
  • Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and update computer databases
  • Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval of information
  • Complete invoice audits and maintain accurate records of customer orders
  • Must be able to work under moderate supervision in an informal team-oriented atmosphere that is frequently fast-paced and high pressure
  • Ability to move files in boxes weighing up to 25lbs for filing purposes
  • Occasional travel may be required

Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service

We are looking for a Class A CDL Driver experienced to join our team at Metro Park Warehouses. We are seeking a Class A truck driver who has physical and mental stamina who thrives working up to 12 hours locally and can consistently ensure safe and accurate deliveries.

The driver must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.

This is a local position that pays $24 / hour, must be able to operate manual transmission

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.
  • Pull a towed vehicle weight exceeding 10,000 lbs.
  • Transport goods from the place of origin to assigned destination
  • Ensure contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage
  • Obtain signatures or warehouse BOL to confirm and complete deliveries with customers
  • Stay on a predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries
  • Communicate with dispatch as needed
  • Perform pre trip and post trip inspections of your vehicle
  • Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean
  • Maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, check oil, tire pressure, etc.)
  • Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered
  • Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
  • Track and report working hours
  • Adhere to company rules and regulations
  • Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather / road conditions
  • Comply with DOT regulation

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Valid Class A driver's license required
  • 2+ years proven experience with tractor-trailer driving preferred
  • Clean driving record with no moving violations
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Skilled at driving large vehicles

We are looking to add an organized and reliable IT Administrator to our growing team. The information technology (IT) administrator is a generalist position devoted to all aspects of system set-up, computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance.

The position can also include handling how computers connect to each other or the rest of the network; printing, both locally and on the network;

and auxiliary devices such as RF scanners, tablets, and smartphones. The job duties will be performed on-site unless otherwise directed.

The position may require some physical activity such as lifting and moving computer equipment into place or crawling in tight spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software
  • Document system performance, bugs, debugging, and program requirements
  • Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users
  • Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
