The responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager position may include, but not, be limited to :
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, using your 5+ years of supervisory experience to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as DOT, IMDG, and IATA Certification.
- Implement Lean tools such as 5S and Kanban to optimize warehouse processes and maintain an organized and efficient working environment.
Requirements :
- High School diploma / GED required, with a preference for candidates holding a degree.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must, while SAP experience is considered a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S and Kanban.
