Noblis MSD is seeking a Logistics / Material Specialist to join our NIEF team to perform material procurements, purchasing, tracking and inventory management for complex systems, components and parts.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Sourcing high value electronic commodities including from OEMs (servers, routers, monitors, etc); consumables (cables, metal, screws, etc);

assemblies (Racks Slides, containers, isolators, etc); and fabrication components.

• Must be proficient in DoD operations and vendors for sourcing and procurement process, including but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) including Counterfeit Parts and Buy American compliance.
• Ability to work with vendors and evaluate components in coordination with corporate procurement and government leads. Must be able to develop, track, and evaluate high dollar and very complex procurement packages.

Duties include :

• Input essential data on all materials handled into Navy ERP and CMPro database
• Research, match, and or request new Unique Material Master files to be built within Navy ERP to facilitate receipt of materials
• Conduct causative research to maintain data validity and inventory accuracy between warehouse physical locations and Navy ERP / CMPro

Mechanical Engineers ALL LEVELS

Noblis MSD is looking for experienced and highly motivated Structural / Mechanical engineers to support NIWC PAC development.

Candidates must be experienced in development networking systems, and computer aided drawings and models. The engineer will develop detailed engineering drawings and models for system design and upgrades.

Requires coordination with other functional teams, and working closely with government engineers and program sponsors.

Duties include :

• Provide SME support for testing and balancing services and support for air and water systems
• Review engineering design proposals, design drawings, specifications, and other technical document submissions and recommend improvements
