The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand the staffing needs and strategically source and evaluate candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit required for success in our fast-paced industry.
Job ResponsibilitiesUtilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for open positions within the media agency.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the rolePartner with hiring managers and HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and plans that align with business objectives and workforce needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract top talent in the media industryCoordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with candidates.
Evaluate their technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit. Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managersContribute to enhancing our brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates, provide timely updates, and act as a brand ambassador for the organizationBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending industry events, and fostering relationships with potential candidatesCollaborate with HR to coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Prepare and extend employment offers, negotiate terms as needed, and follow up to ensure successful onboardingTrack and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Generate reports and provide insights to management to optimize the recruitment process and drive continuous improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the media or advertising industrySolid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniquesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityPassion for the media industry and staying up-to-date with industry trendsTolerance for ambiguity;
