Architectural Project Manager Project Manager (Architect)

Are you an Architectural Project Manager looking to work with a 41-year-old locally-owned firm?

As an Architectural Project Manager do you have a passion for designing and managing projects?

As a Licensed Architect are you looking to make a move to a company that offers the opportunity to grow and invest in you?

We're known as the Contractor's Architect because we do so much design-build !

In this job, you are not stuck drawing the same thing over and over again. You'll build churches, storage facilities, car washes, office spaces, retail, and more!

What you get in return :

• Salary range is $80,000 - $93,000 a year
• Benefits include 75% paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Simple IRA with 3% match
• Paid AIA dues
• We pay for one of your Architectural licenses

Job Requirements :

A Day in the Life of the Architectural Project Manager

• Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and monitor progress exceeding milestones
• Prepare / Manage architectural drawings and design assignments of a complex nature
• Take a lead role in designing, and managing type, scale, and complexities of project
• Serve as a single point of contact for the owner and design team

What it takes to be successful :

• Experienced Project Manager within Architectural Field
• Project Management from inception to completion
• Registered Architect in the state of Kansas or willing to get licensed ASAP. We will help !
• Experience working on concurrent projects, collaborating with multiple design disciplines, and technical production project experience
• Bachelor's degree in architecture
