How will we compensate you?
- You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation.
- 1st Year Activity Stipend of up to $26,000
- Across our more than 12,000 diverse agent population, the average income in 2022 was $124,000.
- Individual agent performance dictates this income.
- Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension.
Compensation :
$70,000 - $124,800 Projected First Year
Responsibilities :
- Service your book of business to maintain the client's financial plan.
- Network in the community to educate on our products and services.
- Expand your network through proven name-gathering strategies.
- Attend training and development courses.
- Maintain valid North Carolina Life and Health Licenses.
- Obtain more licenses to grow your business (SIE, S6 or S7, & S63).
- Work with businesses, families, and individuals.
