The Marketing Analyst drives business performance by identifying consumer trends and customer needs, strategically implementing data-driven insights to unlock growth and mitigate business risks.
This role will work closely with Marketing, cross-functional teams, and senior leaders with the purpose of identifying creative ways to capitalize on market opportunities by drawing meaningful insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Consumer & Customer Intimacy
- Use consumer and marketplace data and trends to develop a deeper understanding of consumer demographics, psychographics, occasions, path to purchase and behavioral drivers of brand performance.
- Analyze and extrapolate key insights from marketplace data and research
- Communicate findings from complex consumer trends data to both marketing and business leaders to support and influence decision making.
- Leverage brand, consumer and marketplace data and trends to support the Brand Manager and Brand Associates in the development of short and long-term business plans that closely aligns Marketing and Sales demand generation objectives.
Business Planning
- Translate business strategy into action by supporting end-to-end projects in a way that demonstrates a deep understanding of business drivers, an ability to transform ideas into clear objectives, and an understanding of operational capabilities.
- Support a team of cross-functional partners in the creation, presentation and sell-in of the business plan to division leadership.
- Assist the Brand Manager in the development of business plans designed to drive and / or sustain long-term brand health including product, portfolio, and pricing.
- In collaboration with cross-functional and external experts, support product renovation projects within the brand’s portfolio strategy such as new idea generation and validation, commercialization plans and channel- or customer-specific opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS :
- University Degree (BA / BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 2-3 years of related work experience
- Comfortable with IRI data pulls and analysis
- Strong storytelling leveraging insights, data, and business knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Superior execution skills in a changing environment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and shows initiative and quickly learn the specifics of the business

We are currently seeking a full-time Transfer Clerk to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 8 hour shifts 5 days a week.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Responsible for stretch wrapping all pallets and place pallet tags and other necessary markings on pallet.
Responsible for loading truck(s) for warehouse shipment and properly log transfer sheet.
Responsible for moving product into and out of the blast freezer and fill out the blast freezer sheet.
Assist with the palletizing of cartons and pails of finished product received from packaging.
Complete proper documents for authorized product returns.
Restock, and re-pack all returned goods when necessary.
Follow all prescribed daily and weekly clean-up procedures including cleaning and organizing outside pit and inside dock area.
Keep all racking and equipment clean and in good condition.
Maintain quality control per company guidelines.
Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety guidelines.
Perform job rotations during scheduled workday depending on production needs.
Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
Assure regular and timely attendance per company guidelines.
Participation on factory teams.
Qualifications
Prior certification for driving forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand jack.
Must be a team player, willing to help in all areas.
Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software
Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs
Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold)
Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Ability to move / lift 75 lbs occasionally, basic math, and reading skills

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. 7. Ensure that there is an adequate distribution of skills to enable production plan to be achieved effectively.
8. Ensure timely launch of new products to the Market as per agreed with the business unit / area.
9. Ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration. Review daily maintenance effectiveness with Maintenance Mechanic(s) and Team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prioritize, schedule, and ensure Maintenance & Repairs are completed to maximize efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL :
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or Organizational Leadership / Supervision) preferred.

EXPERIENCE :
- 2+ years in food manufacturing with production floor experience, strongly preferred.
- Experience in food processing, packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and knowledge of GMP’s, strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean manufacturing or TPM preferred)
SKILLS :
