JOB SUMMARY :
To be the primary interface between Freight Services, customers, sales, system operations and vendors. To provide quality customer service, while meeting company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Answering of phones professionally and timely.
- Answering and responding to e-mail requests timely.
- Turn quotes around within 30 minutes.
- Distribute customer / agent / station requests for follow up when needed.
- Other requests needing attention but not limited to; customer returns, alternate phone numbers, address changes, dock check requests, hard copy POD requests, third party pickup requests, trace note requests.
- Accurately complete entry of pickup / quote information.
- Ensure routing / dispatch is aware of any special instructions / cut offs.
- Tracking and tracing of shipments.
- Communicating to customers and sales regarding issues.
- Research of shipments for Corporate requests / reports.
- Research of shipments for Accounting requests / reports.
- Understanding TSA regulations.
- Support other departments when needed (routing, dispatch, inbound).
- Understand and accurately know how to use OAG, KSMS and other resources or tools provided.
- Completion of specific assigned duties / accounts.
- Able to work overtime and weekend on call rotations.
- Other duties assigned deemed necessary by the Customer Service Supervisor.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES :
- Must be able to type accurately at least 35 WPM.
- Intermediate level Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
EDUCATION :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications, if applicable.
EXPERIENCE :
- 2-years basic customer service experience and or 2-years of industry experience.
Warehouse Clerk
Purpose of Position : Coordinate the flow of materials and products from receiving to shipping meeting customs regulations and through production to optimize it in accordance with the plan to satisfy the dates require in customer orders.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, International Shipping.

- Must be customer focused with knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office

Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical design engineer for a RAD-IRAD program. Position requires an experienced engineer capable of leading technical feasibility studies, conceptual design trades, and cost benefit analysis related to packaging new subsystems and structures into a missile to reduce cost, improve performance, and / or enable component commonality with other missiles.
Detailed design, drawing creation, and prototype development also required. In addition to RAD-IRAD initiatives, the selected candidate will work some TDP updates for parent program New Platform I&T test vehicles.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of Catia V5 surfacing, have excellent verbal, presentation, GD&T, and written skills.
Effort requires ability to perform design trade studies, tolerance analysis, evaluating cost, weight, structural / thermal benefits.
Candidate should be able to work with a diverse team of internal organizations, managing supplier input, and developing internal documentation to meet contractual TDP delivery expectations.
Travel to Troy or suppliers may be required on an as needed basis. Individual should be familiar with mechanical hardware fabrication approaches and techniques.
A secret security clearance, or ability to obtain one, is required.

Primary Functions :
Must be proficient in all areas of department and all welding procedures as prescribed in AWS and ASME publications for MIG and STICK welding (SMAW).

Job Summary :
The purpose of this position is to ensure items or services are purchased from suppliers and are delivered upon agreed terms and conditions while seeking maximum value for the company including agreed upon delivery and cost at the plant level.
I mplement, monitor, measure and report production schedules to assure that matched sets of materials and capacities are available to meet the needs of customers and that production schedules are met.
This includes management of all planning and production execution data including the creation of work orders, identification and management of priorities, capacity constraints, production monitoring, etc.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties :
- Interfaces with Planning and Materials to plan and prioritize purchasing activities to support the Product Line.
- Ensure POs are created prior to commitment and GR is performed after goods receipt or service delivery.
- Interface with AP to ensure that the entire procurement to pay (P2P) process is implemented fully and seamlessly at the plant level.
- Ensures the correct buy to pay channel (matrix) is consistently applied regarding the use of P-Cards and purchase orders.
- Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders, with appropriate supporting documents, to suppliers.
- Tracks acknowledgement of order by suppliers.
- Prepares, communicates, and manages open purchase order reports providing visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.

- Provides clerical support associated with preparing and filing of specific Supply Chain documents, reports, performance indicators, and correspondence.
