Bilingual Remote Claims Call Center Specialist (2nd Shift)

Job Summary : The Claims FNOL Associate II serves as initial contact for basic claims reporting. This role is responsible for guiding the caller to the appropriate party based on their need and the relevant policy or claim and performing basic clerical duties. Key Responsibilities :

  • Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing
  • Handles claim files (locates / requests files, files paperwork, reconstructs missing files, moves misfiled documents, sends to other offices, etc.)
  • Retrieves, prints, and faxes, or mails supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed
  • Takes first notice of loss claims, explains the basic claim process, and provides information of a general nature to customers
  • Receives, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls and other electronic correspondence
  • Contacts or receives contact from customer or other claim related third parties to obtain and / or provide necessary file information to comply with quality and process standards
  • Follows established guidelines specific to each claim report or inquiry

Primary Purpose

Responsible for creating, developing, and publishing social media content that aligns with our brand objectives. You will work with the team to drive engagement to a wide audience, managing our social media presence, developing content calendars, creating social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media presence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to develop and help facilitate broad-based, B2B social media programs, their implementation, and results
  • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand messaging and drives engagement with our target audience
  • Manage social media platforms to support our content calendar
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brands look and feel, while bringing new ideas to the market and to our team
  • Actively engage with the Client Development / Marketing team in drafting copy to be approved by senior leadership
  • Research topics and trends to cover as well as creators to partner with
  • Source third-party content to repost across platforms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall brand goals
  • Employ best practices for follower engagement
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Conduct research on various projects
  • Coordinate and assist with the larger corporate communications plan and calendar
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrable social networking experience
  • A command of B2B strategies for social media, brand awareness and / or digital marketing
  • Positive attitude, detailed and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to inform and engage via written and visual media
  • Pursuing a degree, or have graduated with a degree, in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • Possess a passion for social media marketing
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate successfully

Desired Skills

  • Conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content
  • Possess a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise
  • Basic photo and video editing skills and software usage
