NATION is looking for a Road Supervisor with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.

The duties will consist of but not be limited to the development and implementation of the organization and overseeing the supervision of employees.

Compensation : $17 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

Procedures (SOPs), to perform duties in a professional manner, to maintain and be a role model for proper conduct and professional appearance, to complete required reports and log entries, to investigate incidents, to use experience, expertise, and common sense to make independent good judgment decisions within applicable best practices, policies, and procedures;

must maintain security license active and driving record clean at all times.

• English is a Must; Spanish is a Plus
• Required - Security D License and Security G License
• Must have a personal arm ( Armed Security Supervisor)
• Must have leadership experience

Qualifications :

• Must Have at least 1 year of Supervisor experience
• Must have a Clean Driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Security or Law Enforcement training and / or experience required active security officer license, and clean driving record required
• Must possess good working knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and operational best practices; must be reliable and dependable
• Must have availability and flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and nights, as required by the operation of a 24 / 7 service
• Must have the ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, dispatch, and the public, to understand and follow Standard Operating. Spanish is a plus
• Must have a valid class D license issued by the State of Florida
• Must have a valid class G license issued by the state of Florida if armed
• Must have a valid FL Driver’s License
• Must be available to work immediately
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be able to work shifts, including weekends, and holidays
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have and know how to operate a smartphone
• Able to pass a background check with no felony convictions
• Complete security-related projects and assignments to acceptable standards, on schedule

Security Guard ROVER

• Must Be Clean Cut

Compensation : $13 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :

The duties will consist of but are not limited to :

• Securing property premises and personnel by Patrolling the property and Monitoring surveillance equipment
• Inspecting property building, equipment, and all access points; permitting entry
• Reporting all recorded observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Informing any / all policy and procedure violations; restraining trespassers
• Preventing property losses and damages by reporting irregularities on time
• Maintaining the company's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Observe and report activities and incidents providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel

Qualifications :

• Valid Class "D" Security License issued by the State of Florida
• Must have a valid FL Drivers License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work overnight shifts
• Must have a Smartphone
• Be proactive in obtaining information in regards to post orders, revisions, and daily event needs, (i.e. parking list, and access changes)
• Guard and patrol physical property; monitor system response; orient and monitor personnel working in high-risk areas; and investigate accidents and criminal acts
