Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and zoom
Providing excellent service to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a diplomatic and timely manner
Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure customer accounts are accurately maintained
Supporting the sales team on customer orders and product inquiries
Maintaining accurate customer records in the company database
Keeping up-to-date with product information and pricing
