We are seeking qualified candidates for an open day driver position at our Irving, TX distribution facility.

Requirements :

• The successful candidate must have previous driving experience and be able to lift 50 pounds.
• You must pass an MVR check and pre-employment drug screen.

We operate late-model Ford Transits and F150s that depart Monday through Friday during the daytime hours. Our vehicles do not require a CDL license.

Mygrant Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our North Kansas City distribution center.

Responsibilities :

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Interact positively with other Mygrant Glass employees.
• Assist with inventory - interacting with operation warehouse inventory control.
• Interact with customers via telephone and in person providing information and assistance.
• Show the highest level of customer service.
• Support customer success by being friendly, hardworking, and problem-solving.

Qualifications :

• Friendly voice with superior telephone and people skills.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Must be organized and able to multitask.
• General knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Type 30 wpm (preferred).
• Excellent at resolving customer conflict.
• Exhibit patience and attentiveness.
