About the Role : The Data Management Specialist role is a full time entry level position. It is designed to provide support for our Customer Success team and does not require an education beyond four years at an accredited college or university.
Our ideal candidate is scrappy, reliable and willing to get into the weeds of data management for hours. Because this position has been opened to a remote candidate, we will be looking for highly organized people committed to a career in the sports and entertainment field.
What You’ll Do : Collaborate with multiple internal teams to facilitate client data quality assurance including developing an understanding of the clients needs for specific portions of the software platform.
Research within social media platforms to deliver handles and other relevant information for augmenting our automated pipelines and keeping our database of entities current.
Be exposed to a deeper understanding of the interworking of teams and their partners, and how they interact with the league and the advertising sphere at large.
Gain advanced insights into how brands identify value in properties and execute within the omnichannel universe. Explore the social media universe to identify potential up and coming entities that would deliver more value to our clients.
Work with the Insights, Customer Experience, Support, and Data Science teams on special client projects related to data quality and research as needed.
What We'd Like You To Have : An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sports Marketing, Sports Analytics, or other applicable field.
Comfort in quickly learning various software tools and packages Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google suite of applications, especially Excel / Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides Ability to work in an autonomous, fast-paced environment A basic understanding of social and digital marketing principles General sports, gaming, and / or entertainment knowledge required It’s a Plus If You Have : Comfort with low-level code execution from a notebook or terminal.
