Bartender

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Bartender to join our exceptional team of service leaders.

This role is responsible for always providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to our guests by following the standards of the Restaurant Brand.

Your Responsibilities :

Accurately and efficiently prepares and serves alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar, including our all cocktail

recipes and wine selections, and provides service to our guests wishing to dine at the bar.

  • Responsible for beverage service of all areas of the bar and dining room.
  • Act as the ultimate ambassador of the restaurant’s cuisine and culture to our guests.
  • Sets the stage for the experience a guest will have and will be responsible for the guest experience by providing prompt,

attentive table service and by being all - knowing regarding our menu, beverage, and wine offerings.

  • Is energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, food and beverage.
  • The person will be a role model for the restaurant and accountable for the action taken.
  • Works with a strong attention to detail and directs the activities of their support staff to ensure an unparalleled dining

experience.

  • Proper set-up and break-down, inventory of supplies, and cleanliness of the bar area.
  • Maintains accurate cash drawer
  • Participates in weekly bar inventory

Your Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a restaurant or establishment of similar caliber.
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent level of education, required (Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all

units of measure)

  • Associate’s Degree in Hospitality or equivalent Certification
  • Must be knowledgeable on a wide range of cocktail recipes, wine varietals, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Applicants must be guest-service focused, friendly and outgoing, hardworking, team-oriented, and able to perform with

detail and finesse.

  • Food Handlers Safety Certificate Preferred
  • Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English.
  • Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space and to reach other locations of the restaurant in a timely basis.
  • Must have manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and stretch. Can frequently lift up to 30 pounds, as well as work in a standing

position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule. (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

  • The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of restaurant experience.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Server to join our exceptional team of service leaders. This role works under the direction of the server to help create the guest’s overall dining experience by providing prompt, attentive table service.

Your Responsibilities :

Assist the Server and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and the server station during

the service.

  • Support all aspects of the guests’ dining experience and will be in constant communication with service and kitchen team.
  • Works with a strong attention to detail and follows the activities of their service team and manager to ensure a friendly

and casual dining experience.

Your Qualifications :

  • The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in restaurants, or establishments of similar caliber.
  • You must be organized, motivating, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
