Position Responsibilities :

  • Learns system functionality sufficiently to teach end-users how to properly use the system.
  • Learns the end-user workflows sufficiently to teach end-users hospital-specific workflows.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction metrics are met for all contact center training programs.
  • Prepares and maintains training content to coordinate, develop, design and maintain team and individual training materials specifically for the contact center end-user.
  • Organizes training programs designed to give newly-hired employees the skills to be successful in the role, including systems and customer service soft skills, as well as department processes and procedures.
  • Coordinates training of end-users for new system releases, department procedures / processes, and new workflows as needed.
  • Works closely with contact center leadership to identify areas of deficiency and develop training to improve competency, continuing education, and process improvement.
  • Monitors inbound and outbound calls for the purpose of measuring service skills, adherence to internal processes and scripting, quality of the customer service delivered, and accuracy of information gathered to drive effective employee coaching and training.
  • Analyzes quality of service and customer satisfaction data from a variety of sources, using available data to identify deficiencies in service performance.
  • Monitors agent interactions for the purpose of ensuring quality service and adherence to approved scripting, as well as accuracy of information call handling standards, and the patient experience.
  • Provides Team Leads and Manager with regular agent performance feedback, and when necessary, coach agents and provides feedback directly to fill performance gaps found in audits.
  • Supports and suggests improvements / recommendations to meet the highest level of patient experience
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or field of study and / or equivalent experience (Training, Development & Quality Assurance).
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in training, development and quality assurance capacity (i.e. hands on experience developing / delivering training programs).
  • Familiar with training Contact Center Software and Electronic Health Record Software (Five9 and Epic preferred).
  • Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, and directly working with service reps, Team Leaders, and Management.

Position Responsibilities :

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform this job are typically acquired through a minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in with electrical systems and components, and healthcare facilities maintenance.

Knowledge and understanding of National Electrical Codes, state and local electrical codes / regulations pertaining to healthcare operations.

Advanced computer, program application, and low volt system skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to problem solve.

Progressive leadership skills.

Qualifications :

Position Responsibilities :

  • Takes vitals signs on patients.
  • Assists physician with complex procedures during patient examinations, including but not limited to injections, suture removal, venipuctures, biopsies, collection of specimimens and EKG's.
  • Adept in the sterilization technique and HLD to be able to demonstrate following P & P and Manufacturer IFU's when preparing trays and equipment for procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring all lab specimens are labeled and ready for courier to pick up in a timely manner
  • Adheres to Universal precaution guidelines in the performance of patient care activities.
  • Monitors and manages patient schedule in order to ensure optimal patient flow amongst physician.
  • Greets and escorts patient safely from the waiting area to appropriate areas in the clinic, as required.

  • Prepare equipment and aids physician and nurses during treatment, examinations and testing of participants.
  • Ensures exam rooms are appropriately stocked with supplies and equipment prior to physician seeing patients.
  • Maintains appropriate par levels, completes reorders when needed after receiving approval from Supervisor in order to avoid any shortage in supplies.
  • Demonstrates appropriate medical knowledge and effectively communicate instructions to participants.
  • Ability to communicate any procedures to be performed to participants. Provide preparatory instructions and answers basic questions, as required.
  • Demonstrates the ability to understand and react to the unique needs of the participants.
  • Flexible to changes in work flow, as needed.
  • Prepares and administers medication as instructed by the physician; including the administration of injections.
  • Maintains organized work areas in order to maximize efficiency.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Act as a liaison between department leadership and patients to resolve complaints and grievances.
  • Prepares special reports, summaries, powerpoint presentations and data analytics including spreadsheets as needed.
  • Manages the intake Patient Relations calls as needed. Monitors and inputs donor calls in into the Careline Call Log
  • Participates with Donor Relations to cover the 24 hour Careline on call service including appointment scheduling, expedited clinical services, escorting, etc.
  • Schedules time for SVP and Coordinator to meet all donors and review the benefits of being a Donor including the access to the 24 / 7 Careline.
  • Manages investigations and follow-up responses to patient / family grievances (online consumer reviews / surveys). Enters complaints / grievances into internal reporting system in a timely manner
  • Maintains detailed records of all cases in compliance to CMS and Joint Commission guidelines
  • Liaises with clinical and non-clinical departments to address patient’s needs / concerns and provided satisfactory resolutions.
  • Composes and tracks follow up correspondence to patients for SVP, physicians and / or director’s signatures.
  • Collects data and tracks trends to identify quality improvement projects.
  • Attends committee meetings such as Bioethics and Complaint and Grievance Committee and others as assigned.
  • Participates in education programs as it applies to patient and donor relations including grievance resolution and service recovery.
  • Assists patients and donors in the compliance of hospital policies and procedures as it relates to patient satisfaction, service recovery and grievance resolution as well as following and enforcing the Employee’s Standards of Performance.
  • Assists the International Department and Cruise Line coordinators with expedited services and immigration parole letters for crewmembers receiving emergent treatment.
  • Maintains relationships with donors and prospects by scheduling appointments, assisting them with any requests and meeting them in person when necessary.
  • Coordinates clinical and non-clinical services and amenities to meet the needs of the Donor, Prospect and VIP patients to expedite the requests and experience.
  • Consistently coordinates and reinforces hospital-wide, the Founder / Society Roster when Donors are using a particular departments service.
  • Provides as necessary orientation and education to employees and physicians the purpose and goals of the donor relations program.
  • Participates in special events to promote relationships with prospective donors during business hours as well as evenings and weekends to cultivate relationships with perspective Donors.

Cultivates relationships with donors to increase their potential of upgrading their contributions.

  • Contributes to the Retention and Engagement initiative efforts established by the Foundation for the donors.
  • Participates in weekly Foundation and Donor Relations meetings to review and discuss current donor’s and prospect’s experiences.

  • Participates in rounds with SVP on patients who are Donors, VIP’s and Prospects when they are in inpatient, Main Emergency and select outpatient procedure departments to review their experience and establish an ongoing relationship of trust.
  • Communicates effectively and builds working relationship with case managers, physicians, nurses, residents, therapists and other community healthcare professionals to expedite the donor experience in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree or higher preferred

Position Responsibilities :

  • Perform in-person initial assessments for enrollment of potential Eldercare participants to obtain a complete psycho-social history, to include : descriptions of cognitive status, social supports, family dynamics, mental health and substance dependency, and other current issues and needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive care plan for each participant.
  • Conduct in person reassessments of enrolled participants every six months and as needed when participants’ conditions change.
  • Maintain regular attendance at and participate in daily Interdisciplinary Team meetings, communicate participant changes and collaborate with team members in care planning decisions and coordination for 24 hour care delivery.
  • Act as liaison with participant, caregivers, and community agencies regarding orientation to and ongoing relations with Interdisciplinary Team, day center, and other Eldercare staff.
  • Provide ongoing support, counseling, and education to participants and family regarding a variety of issues, including but not limited to : the aging process, dementia, grief and loss, end of life, disease processes, difficult family dynamics and changing roles, Eldercare model and Eldercare health services.
  • Present requests to Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) for and coordinate admission / discharge to contracted facilities for temporary respites and permanent placement.
  • Act as facilitator for meetings with participant, family, caregivers, and community agencies to clarify or problem solve issues, including plan of care.

Mediate discussions between all parties

  • Provide referrals to subsidized housing and assisted living residences. This may involve completing applications, obtaining medical records, accompanying participants to interview assessments and tours if participant has no other support systems.
  • Initiate referrals to external resources with community agencies such as Adult Protective Services, Housing Authority, or public utility companies.

Advocate for participants with these entities for purposes of maintaining community stability.

  • Assist participants and caregivers to complete Advanced Directives, Medical Durable Power of Attorney (MDPOA), Proxy, and Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) directives as needed.
  • Assist participants with Social Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) application process as needed.
  • Assist participants disenrolling from Eldercare in coordinating insurance and referrals for other community or facility based services as desired by the participant.
  • If end of life care is appropriate, actively provide emotional support, grief counseling, education, and funeral / financial planning referral.

Facilitate end of life or nursing home placement as needed.

  • Participate in and support Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Act only within the scope of his or her authority to practice.
  • Know and adhere to philosophy and goals of Eldercare

Qualifications :

  • BLS or CPR certification required.
  • Masters in Social Work Degree from an accredited school of social work by the Council on Social Work Education.
