Data Analyst
Our client, a global leader in recycling metals, is seeking a talented Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join their team.
As the Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data sets to provide valuable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs, design, and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, and deliver data-driven solutions.

This role is fully remote and is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Data Analyst
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and understand their analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Power BI.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and manipulation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and implement data models to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Requirements for Senior Data Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with expertise in Power BI.
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in data visualization and creating interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in Power BI or other relevant data analytics certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView preferred.
- Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations preferred.
- Knowledge of Data Integration tool or ETL experience is a plus.
Strategic Finance Analyst Sr
Our client, a health care company on the leading edge of technology and changing how they interact with patients, is looking to fill a Direct Hire opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst! This role does function fully remotely, but candidates MUST reside in : OR, WA, ID, or UT.
- The Sr. Strategic Financial Analyst serves as a trusted finance business partner in the area(s) of support, by providing financial guidance and support;
- building budgets, forecasts, conducting variance analysis and reporting; prepares financial analysis and support such as cost-benefit, return on investment and capital resource analysis for new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, or product development;
supports cost savings and process improvement efforts; provides financial governance and oversight.

Annual Salary : 95K 115K, DOE.
Location : Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah.
Remote : MUST reside in one of the above-mentioned states!
Responsibilities of Financial Analyst :
- Delivers highly effective presentations to all levels of the organization. Has a demonstrated understanding of how to highlight the most important points to a variety of stakeholders.
- Develops complex financial models and analysis using advanced analytical techniques and financial systems; provides business with solid alternatives to complex and unusual issues.
- Plans, organizes, schedules, coordinates, and monitors large work streams involving one functional area or smaller tasks involving multiple areas.
Guides the work of analysts and others.
- Provides training or consulting expertise to other departments, analysts, and external stakeholders.
- Effectively advises and influences the business on a wide variety of business issues; leads positive change internally;
function independently with limited supervision; mentors’ analysts and others.
Requirements of Financial Analyst :
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA, along with health insurance experience preferred.
- 7-9 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of applicable statutes, policies, and procedures. Provides input and influence on policies and procedures.
- Articulates complex and / or complicated issues with a high level of skill, including listening and influence.
- Proven and thorough knowledge of business principles, theories, and concepts and deep knowledge of multiple business areas.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience. (Required)
