Department Overview

The Global Marketing Operations team is responsible for the management, measurement, and tracking of marketing strategies and tactics supporting the business and sales objectives for the company.

This function is part of the Global Digital Marketing Strategy & Ops team, which is responsible for the prudent and thoughtful use of various marketing technologies to drive engagement and interest in our solutions with our customers.

The team manages not only our digital web properties but also the entire martech stack, including the marketing automation platform that our marketers rely on for efficient campaign management.

Job Description

This candidate is passionate about Marketing Technology and understands the value that data can bring to the B2B world. You will be responsible for using data analytics to help our marketers understand how well our digital properties are performing as well as make recommendations on areas of improvement.

You are focused on using information to drive the right conversations with our leadership team to help guide investment to the right areas as well as make tactical suggestions which will drive meaningful engagement results.

Responsibilities :

Web Analytics & Reporting :

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate their needs into meaningful and actionable dashboards utilizing Google Data Studio and Tableau

Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure digital performance

Draw meaningful conclusions from data and identify potential opportunities for improvement via customer journey reporting and attribution approaches

Provide daily, weekly, and / or monthly performance reports

Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem on the organic side

Google Analytics Management :

Manage and govern Google Analytics globally (cleansing profiles, building segments and new goals)

Audit existing Google Analytics and web tagging implementations and identify areas of improvement

Proactively monitor customer behavior on our websites to identify potential issues, determine root causes and resolve

Support new tagging requests by working closely with digital IT team to follow Tealium implementation through to testing

QA, test, troubleshoot web analytics and tags

Qualifications :

3+ years of web analytics experience

Bachelor’s degree in related analytical field

Expertise of using Google's suite of supporting tools, including Search Console, Analytics, Ads (AdWords), Google Tag Manager highly preferred

Prior experience with data layer and tag management solutions (Tealium , GTM or equivalent) preferred

Expertise in building visualizations via Tableau, Data Studio, Power Bi etc. preferred

Basic Requirements

3+ years of web analytics experience

Bachelor’s degree

Department Overview

The Astro Value Stream is responsible for the development of best in class P25 networking infrastructure solutions. There are development teams based in Krakow and in Schaumburg.

The product management team is located in Schaumburg. It's an exciting time to be a member of Astro as we are starting on a journey to modernize our portfolio as well as optimizing our development practices to deliver content more efficiently and in a totally seamless manner to our customers.

Job Description

The product manager will be responsible for strategy, roadmap, and feature definition within the Astro VS including interfacing with engineering teams, marketing, working with sales on forecasting, and with finance on profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

The product manager analyzes market and competitive conditions and lays out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.

The role of the product manager spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides cross-functional leadership bridging gaps within the company between different functions, especially between development, sales and marketing, and support.

The product manager is the person responsible for defining the why’, what,’ and when’ of the product that the development team will build.

They are the director of their product which means they direct cross-functional teams from a product's conception through to its launch

Product management responsibilities include :

Product Strategy

The product manager is responsible for setting a product vision and strategy. Their job is to clearly articulate the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release.

They own the strategy behind the product along with its roadmap and must work with development to define, prioritize and build what matters.

Create and manage backlog, roadmap, and vision

Identify customer needs and market requirements

Evaluate competitive intelligence

Define financial goals

Create business plans for new systems and for continuous lifecycle systems

Manage strategic partners and third party suppliers

Product Releases

PdMs must plan for what their teams will deliver and when they will deliver it. The product manager owns the release aspect of the product.

Release responsibilities include managing epics and dependencies in and across releases, product and support teams; and managing releases with phases and milestones.

Define market offer and structure for new systems and for continuous lifecycle systems

Make products orderable, deliverable, and loveable

Define and support implementation of training, support and deployment requirements

Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality

Coordinate overall release project and schedule

Product Visioning

Collecting, curating, and promoting the most relevant ideas into epics. Defining which ideas should be promoted to epics to achieve key objectives for the product line and business.

Soliciting feedback and requests from customers and field teams and ensuring this is seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development processes.

Gather customer and sales feedback and voice of customer

Evaluate success of launched initiatives and adjust strategy as necessary

Epic Definition

Responsibility for articulating the what’ and working with development to determine the when.’

Go-to-market Support

Responsible for making product decisions and often becoming the lead resource for the rest of the organization when deep product expertise is required.

This includes supporting the organizations that help bring the product to market and working directly with customers including marketing, sales, training and support services.

Facilitate global sales and channel training

Assist pre-sales with custom project requests

Define and ensure implementation of GTM assets including demo environments, training materials, and presentations

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)

Visual Experience Designers represent the design team in the front-end design process by advising on digital experiences and assisting in the facilitation of the process.

Job Description

In this role you will :

Be responsible for logistics operations, freight, and carrier management as well as supporting the distribution channels.

Monitor and ensure delivery of all purchase orders, sales orders, including all documentation, system updates, and internal and external communication

Make and record determination of Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications and Export Control Classification Numbers updating related databases and data elements in ERP systems (HTS, COO, and ECCN among others).

Provide support to Vendor’s inquiry

Coordinate the brokerage and forwarders interface

Record keeping

Support global compliance initiatives

Attention to details for shipping documents.

Complete freight and logistics costing analysis, reporting and RFP / Bid processes to understand and manage freight costs.

Manages security compliance data elements (PIP, CT-PAT, Denied Party Screening, etc.)

Collaborate with business partners and Trade Manager to understand the impact of export controls and compliance

Manage requirements to support freight forwarders and collect shipments.

Provide subject matter expertise to teams exploring new international opportunities and projects

Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure freight inbound from suppliers is mode and spend optimized

Consults with Customer Order Management to support the customer’s logistics requirements.

Manage and motivate a team of Global Logistics Coordinators to ensure cost effective on-time customer delivery.

Coordinate and manage all domestic and international freight carriers, inbound and outbound while minimizing freight costs as well as increasing service.

Complete freight and logistics costing analysis, reporting and RFP / Bid processes to understand and manage freight costs.

Review and approve shipping invoices.

Own, train, maintenance, and manage Canadian ACS program

Manage requirements to support freight forwarders and collect shipments.

Manager freight tables, weights, dimension and other shipping related ERP settings to ensure accurate shipping procedures.

Responsible for internal communications and presentations related to key performance metrics, program updates and on-going program information

Select, hire, and evaluate employee performance to determine training and develop requirements to enhance performance, increase skills and improve work product.

Qualifications :

CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) or similar Designation or working towards preferred

Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal
