This poised and polished Executive Assistant practices outstanding effective communications; unquestionable discretion and confidentiality;
and independent judgment in the planning, prioritization, and execution of projects, tasks, demands, and assignments that support both internal and external stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant is proactive and a self-starter requiring very little supervision to complete tasks and projects.
They demonstrate strong leadership acumen; has a collaborative work style; is well organized; a strategic thinker and effectively multi-tasks and prioritizes in a rapidly changing environment.
This position requires extensive use of communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitative, and written / verbal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or field of study related to the title of this position or minimum of 10 years of work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience for one or more Executive Leader(s) required
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification desirable and / or project management certificates / licenses preferred
- Previous work in higher education preferred
Preferred Education / Experience
Graduate degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of work experience for one or more Executive Leader(s) is required.

- Scheduling and calendar management experience is a must.

Physical Demands
- This position requires frequent walking, standing, talking, and sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

- Serve as the first point of contact in the Office of the President : greet customers and answer the main phone line.
- Handles highly confidently and sensitive information and details with individuals inside and outside of the Campus.
- Daily advanced calendaring and meeting preparation.
- Assist with travel arrangement.
- Coordinate and maintain the daily schedule and folder.
- Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, and memoranda on behalf of the office.
- Assist with the planning and organizing of internal meetings and conference calls for the office as well as campus wide events coordinated by other executives as needed.
- Schedule internal and external meetings held in the President’s board room.
- Collaborate with contracted staff to manage daily operations for the Office of the President.
- Responsible for managing vendor relations and submitting payments to Accounts Payable on behave of the Office.
- Work on complex student problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of alternate solutions.
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for shipping as necessary from reporting departments and on behalf of the President.
- Participate as needed on special projects as requested by supervisor.
- Perform daily administrative duties for the Office of the President, as necessary.

As assigned, the selected individual will provide the content to the Center’s Social Media Manager for review, editing and posting. Duties and Responsibilities
- Create flyers, infographics, images, text, videos for review, editing and posting by the Center’s Social Media Manager.
- Complete assigned projects by deadlines
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on Content Development Calendar
- Assist Social Media Manager with branding schematics and themes for digital content
- Implement graphic design best practices when constructing content
- Stay up to date with social media trends to amplify digital content and notify Social Media Manager of relevant shifts and changes
- Create variations of digital content to optimize the specific affordability of each social media platform
