Technical Recruiter
MOONSHOT SOLUTIONS is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to contribute to the growth of our organization by attracting, evaluating, and retaining diverse talent.
As an experienced recruiter, you will play an integral part in developing and implementing an efficient talent acquisition process, achieving business objectives through sourcing, presenting top talent, ensuring a flawless candidate experience, and building a network for future talent pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPECTATIONS Partner with leadership to identify hiring priorities, define open positions, and provide recruitment strategy.
Place and update job postings on various job boards (e.g. LinkedIn and Dice), evaluate applications, vet candidates, and provide shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to match IT talent with opportunities Serve as a subject matter expert in technical recruiting, offering our IT talent data, trends, and guidance on best practices based on what you are seeing in the market Network both online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates Review resumes, track candidates, and maintain candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System.
Coordinate and prepare interview materials, schedule interviews, and assist with recruiting events. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet the hiring goals for hard-to-fill and highly specialized positions Operate on the phone while working in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Conduct professional reference checks and provide appropriate documentation, as needed Desire to learn everything you can about information technology and the skillsets we staff for our clients Build video interviews with our talent for our clients Manage all aspects of the recruitment process source, screen, select, start, service QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS 3-5 years of previous technical recruiting experience Ability to work with a team and share ideas / best practices in a fun office culture;
attend in-person daily meeting Familiarity working with Office365, sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at all levels in a professional, articulate manner.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and pivot in a fast past environment with changing needs. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
