Marketing Manager Currently seeking a Marketing Manager to create and manage marketing initiatives to generate demand, growth and increased awareness of solutions across multiple regions and markets.

In alignment with the business strategy, the Manager is responsible for all aspects of executing marketing tactics and initiatives, including : creating new lead generation campaigns with measureable ROI, developing client surveys and reference programs, securing and managing client testimonials and case studies, managing pre-and post-event communications and campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating CLE webinars, managing marketing analytics and related reporting and managing other functions to shorten the sales cycle.

Accountabilities-Collaborate with all departments in the organization to gain understanding of the markets and products offered.

Work with the sales and support teams to understand regional market opportunities for new business growth-Develop email and other campaigns to drive leads in various targeted regions-Represent the organization through various social media sites-Coordinate, recruit and manage expert panelists and referral programs through industry leaders-Implement and manage lead generation programs and tactics via Hubspot and CRM tools-Manage media contacts and inquiries-Create and manage marketing collateral, tradeshow materials and other sales tools as necessary to support events, tradeshows and client appointments-Attend tradeshows and events as necessary-Use CRM, Sharepoint, and other web-based and Microsoft Office products with high levels of successQualifications-A minimum of five years of experience in tactical marketing roles-Experience with Marketing Analytics tools such as Hubspot-Legal industry expertise or experience a plus-Demonstrable experience in creation and execution of effective web-based and email campaigns to drive new leads-Demonstrable experience in creation of effective print collateral-Excellent interpersonal skills-Effective written and verbal communication-Solid detail orientation and quick learning ability-Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously-Proficiency in the use of the following applications : Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

The position will pay between $36,000 - $42,000 / year, depending on experience. We have an opening in New York and one in Hartford.

  • Monitor the performance of Tier 1 or Tier 2 Call Center Representatives (CCRs) and provide feedback and education to staff to improve performance-Assist with the development and implementation of procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Call Center, and assist with establishing performance goals and measurements for Tier 1 or Tier 2 CCRs.
  • Assist Tier 1 or Tier 2 CCRs in responding to customer inquiries regarding the insurance affordability programs, Advanced Premium Tax Credits (APTCs), modified adjusted gross income (MAGI), qualified health plans (QHPs), and managed care program, community resources, and options for client inquiry resolution programs-Work closely with the Quality Assurance / Training Manager regarding staff performance and training needs-Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or ManagementJob Requirements-Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university-A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a health or social services field-High school diploma or equivalency, or related customer service functions-Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations in a courteous and effective manner
