Job Summary :
The Company East team is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to lead the reporting and analysis of digital data across a suite of consumer properties (prospect website, online account area, mobile apps).
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the behavior of customers on all digital properties and working with teams across the department to provide data driven solutions to optimize and align experiences to our digital strategy.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Create and Analyze Digital Analytics reporting from Google and Adobe Analytics
- Work with our experience team to identify data driven opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Create robust analysis of optimization tests and enhancements
- Conglomerate data from a variety of sources (Adobe Analytics, Behavioral Analytics Tool, Offline Data) into easy to comprehend reporting / dashboards

- Work with external teams including technical partners to ensure data integrity and enhance available information
- Manage multiple and concurrent projects, and initiatives, keeping them on schedule and within scope
- Analyze, document, and communicate results and data-driven recommendations of all initiatives and A / B / N tests to stakeholders regularly
- Model and identify trends within the digital experience
- Collaborate with Digital Experience Team, Designers, Developers, Content / SEO Team and Product Owners to provide data, insights and reporting needed to successfully execute digital strategy
Minimum Requirements :
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Intelligence or similar degree preferred
- Previous experience with Digital Ecommerce Analysis
Proficiency with :
- Digital Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, mobile app analytics)
- R, Python, or similar language
- Data Analysis
- Familiarity with A / B / n and Multi-Variate Testing

Job Summary :
The Occupational Therapist will be working within a fast-paced multi-disciplinary Team to assess, develop and implement an appropriate inter-disciplinary Individualized Education Program (IEP) for the students within their caseload.
The student population is primarily non-verbal and nonambulatory who have a brain injury or brain-based disorder.
In addition, it is critical to be part of the research efforts surrounding his or her assigned students as well as the organization's research efforts.

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
