Millions of people love Miro they’re super fans who express their passion by sharing templates, ideas, and workflows every day.
We’re looking for a social media lead who can nurture the voices of these advocates and grow Miro’s presence across channels : foster enthusiasm among Miro fans, bring authenticity and cultural connectedness to the conversation, and drive a sense of community.
This role is a blend of strategy and execution. You’ll create high-quality original content, own our social media calendar, and respond and engage directly with our audience.
Your success will be measured by the quality and growth of our engagement relative to peer and industry benchmarks. You’re someone who understands the trends of the moment, and you have a strong point of view on how Miro should show up and build community.
What you’ll do
Encourage and cheer on our most passionate users to amplify their voice and content, fostering community across our channels
Engage and respond on social media, partnering internally to develop content as needed with Customer Support and Product teams
Use a channel-fluent voice and tone that builds enthusiasm and connection to Miro fans
Help create our social media strategy and be a close partner on integrated campaigns
Develop a media calendar and manage social media moderation and vendors
Measure and report on the program results with focus on our SLAs, engagement quality, and growth
What you’ll need
5+ years of social media management experience with a track record of successful social media campaigns
Strong cultural connectedness with the ability to apply and adopt trends and content for Miro’s audience
Advanced knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube. TikTok, Discord, and Reddit are a plus.
Experience with moderating, engaging, and cultivating strong advocacy within community social platforms
Proficiency in social media / marketing tools and content creation tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and trade off as needed
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting on program success
Ability to help build our social media strategy while also being comfortable owning day-to-day execution and engaging with our community members

The reasonably estimated salary is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is between $144,000 - $176,000.
Included in the total package is an equity component, this may also include variable compensation. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
