We're growing quickly and looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and operations teams in delivering campaigns and initiatives.

You will support our acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies, working as part of an efficient, scaled cross-functional marketing engine.

This is an opportunity to work with an experienced, innovative growth lever comprised of some of the most well-respected leaders in the gaming industry.

You will receive direct support and mentorship from leadership in a fast-growing tech startup.

This is an in-person, full-time position out of our Dallas - Fort Worth, TX office and reports directly to our Head of Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assist in managing and executing marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and social media that drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to establish and effectively communicate the creative vision for our marketing and branding strategies
  • Execute marketing campaigns according to the brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and promotional calendars
  • Track and report campaign performance
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams around promotional campaigns and ensure alignment with the overall brand and marketing strategies
  • Create copy and graphics for all marketing channels that are aligned with the brand guideline and content strategies
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and DMs on social media and other platforms

Preferred Experience :

  • Copywriting experience preferably with marketing-driven copy and a clear, personable tone. SEO know-how is a plus
  • Social media marketing and management or PR experience utilizing platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Crowdfire
  • Email marketing experience utilizing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Experience in content creation with graphic design tools such as Figma or Canva
  • Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Notion
  • Virtual customer service experience with software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Technical aptitude to learn various MarTech / AdTech software
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack

  • A positive, continuous learner. You embrace new technologies and tools, are on top of marketing trends, and have the desire to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
