Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance management or accounting management role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
