Assembly Technician
JOB SUMMARY : The Assembly Technician assembles prefabricated metal buildings according to blueprint specifications, using hand tools, pneumatic power tools, and other necessary tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Unload tools, prepare building site materials, stack building materials, and set up
equipment.
2. Follow project instructions from Assembly Department Supervisor.
3. Read blueprints to determine location of items, such as doors, windows, a / c cutouts,
and transoms.
4. Install metal panels which compose the walls and roof of the building.
5. Screws steel frame members together.
6. Attach insulating materials to framework.
7. Screw sheet metal panels to framework.
8. Tim excess metal when needed.
9. Safely operate a variety of tools including drills, saws, grinders, and general hand
tools.
10. Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials.
11. Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2. 1 year of related experience preferred.
3. Basic familiarity of various types of tools and equipment. This position also requires
familiarity with plasma cutters, pneumatic power drills, levels, and tape measures.
4. Good organization skills

Electrician
Journeyman Electricians are responsible for installing and assembling electrical wiring and components in accordance with engineering designs and drawings for one of our commercial construction projects .
Location : Seattle,WA (SURROUNDING AREAS OF SEATTLE)
Pay : $46.00 Per Hour
Shift time - 7 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (Monday Friday)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Install wire ways, cable trays, and conduit in accordance with design packages and electrical code.
- Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures using hand tools or power tools.
- Connect and terminate wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
- Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or test lamps.
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures based on job specifications and electrical codes.
- Fasten small metal or plastic boxes to walls to house electrical switches or outlets.
- Read and Interpret designs and drawings.
- Recognize and report hazards / Apply safe work methods.
- Operate a forklift as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience preferred
- Must be currently enrolled in continuous education as required by WA state laws
- Qualified candidates should be knowledgeable of electrical code including NEC
- Knowledge of effective use of proper lock out / tag out equipment
- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Must be able to read and interpret written and / or oral instructions
- Must be able to work at heights exceeding 6 feet
