Responsibilities
The Help Desk is responsible for the diagnosis of computer related problems and requests from all Mercy employees, contractors and physicians.
The Help Desk conducts problem analysis, research, and troubleshooting in a remote environment, utilizing remote control software.
The Help Desk maintains a broad knowledge of computer technology, equipment, systems and participates in professional development activities as appropriate.
Escalates to appropriate resources if unable to resolve problems and requests.

Summary

Submits supply and minor equipment requirements to Operations Manager for action; Fills in during personnel shortages as required : assists Operations Manager in providing outstanding customer service.

Summary
The Patient Service Associate is responsible for greeting and registering patients when they enter the practice. They play a pivotal role in a positive patient experience, as they are the first person a patient will come in contact with when scheduling an appointment or arriving to the office.
The Patient Service Associate is responsible for all front desk operations, which include, but are not limited to :
- Scheduling patients
- Answering phones
- Scanning medical records
