Job Summary and Qualifications
Our Medical Technologist performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory.

What You Will Do In This Role
- You will perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
- You will maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.
- You will maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.
- You will assist with laboratory training programs as required.
What qualifications you will need :
- Bachelors Degree
- Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Pathology Assistant Certified (ASCP), or Clinical Laboratory Technologist, or Blood Bank, or Medical Lab Scientist must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date

Job Summary and Qualifications
Physical Therapists perform assessments, establishes goals, performs therapy, assess progress and modifies treatment plan and goals based on need of patients including but not limited to neurological, orthopedic, general medicine, oncology and other specific disease requiring physical therapy intervention.

- You will educate the patient and family about the disease process precautions, limitations or sensations related to the patient's condition either verbally or written or both.

- You will assist the director and supervisor with daily departmental operations any additional activities as assigned.
- You will effectively communicate with and supervise therapy assistants, aides and students.
- You will communicate with interdisciplinary care team.
- You will be responsible for the financial viability of Therapy Services, coordinating the submittal of accurate and timely billing and clinical information.
What qualifications you will need :
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Social Worker will assist in the facilitation of care for 33 bed Inpatient Rehabilitation unit with a focus on the following : Evaluation of psychosocial needs, crisis intervention, development and implementation of appropriate, timely plans of care to include discharge planning for the assigned patient population.
Ability to collaborate with case managers, physicians, staff, families and community referral bases to enhance optimal patient outcomes.
Evaluation of plan of care with appropriate changes, based on plan outcomes.
What You Will Do In This Role :
- Recent working experience with Inpatient Rehabilitation, Medical / Surgical, or Skilled Nursing population
- Recent hospital experience preferred.
- Three years post Social Worker experience preferred.
- Current Social Worker license by the State of Texas Board of Social Work examiners through the Texas department of Health
- Advanced certification by approved accreditation board preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written format
- Ability to prioritize independently and respond timely to multiple simultaneous requests
- Ability to problem solve, and seek assistance from appropriate community agencies
- Working knowledge of community, regional and governmental resources
- Counseling skills
- Ability to recognize needs and behaviors of specific age groups of patients treated
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and payer guidelines related to discharge planning
- Ability to speak Spanish highly desirable
