What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to execute and measure marketing activities that support pipeline and growth of our North America channel partner program.
The Marketing Manager will work with our global marketing, digital, channel, sales and product teams, and report directly to the North America Marketing Director.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer who is highly organized, responsive, and results focused.
What you’ll do in this role
- Manage our U.S. marketing store, including selecting and maintaining inventory, working closely with our fulfillment vendor to ensure excellent service for our partners, developing and analyzing sales reports, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and building out additional products and services.
- Manage and grow our digital partner portal by building valuable content (sales materials, nurture campaigns, social assets, etc.
developing and owning our partner communication plan, managing metrics reports, and working cross-functionally with our internal teams to deliver a best-in-class partner platform.
- Help plan and manage our U.S. events, conferences, and sponsorships by identifying opportunities, coordinating participants, and overseeing deliverables.
- Work with key contributors to maintain and grow our library of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, infographics, photography and videos.
What you’ll need to have
- 7+ years in a marketing role, with demonstrated project management experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing automation tools
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
Preferred qualifications
- Channel marketing and communication experience
- Demand generation and lead nurture experience
- Data analysis skills and a passion for understanding patterns and trends
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Direct experience working in the solar industry
Additional information
This is a remote, full-time position and may require up to 30% travel.

We are looking for someone who will shape the future of product marketing at Maxeon as we continue to push the boundaries of market leadership in solar solutions.
This position is responsible for carrying out key activities to ensure that our product launches are aligned with market needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in product and market research, a strong business acumen, the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment, and a passion for solar technology, sustainability and innovation.
This role suits a dynamic product marketer who is highly organized, responsive, and excited to make going solar as easy as flipping a light switch.
This position will repo rt to the Sr. Manager of Product Marketing and work as part of a cross-functional group to deliver best-in-class product solutions to our customers and partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Product development :
- Identify and translate features and benefits of products into a defined value prop for installers and homeowners.
- Collaborate with product management, the brand team and regional marketing leaders to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
- Write and edit high-quality content, like pitch decks and web copy, to align with key personas, brand, voice, and the buyers’ journey.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of customer facing sales tools such as guides, support FAQs, product videos, web content, sales and training presentations, spec sheets, white papers or brochures.
- Product releases and launches :
- Track product development cycle and set GTM strategy for new product releases.
- Manage cross-functional teams through product launches and go to market campaigns. Take a leadership role in defining the culture and team spirit of these groups.
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for homeowners; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
- Consistently reflect the brand through product naming, positioning and marketing.
- Maintain launch roadmaps for all services and touchpoints in your portfolio.
- Work with the digital marketing and corporate communications teams to grow the importance of PR and digital product marketing as part of our integrated marketing efforts.
- Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.
- Market research :
- Develop market intelligence to characterize who are our buyer personas, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
- Develop and maintain insights on the competitive landscape and how competing products are positioned.
- Learn and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make, to drive changes to our sales and marketing processes.
- Track and input user feedback to fill app development backlog
Required skills and experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- English native speaker or full business proficiency; this role will require you to write externally in English tone of voice guidelines with minimal supervision.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience (e.g. working in cross-functional marketing teams, creating product value propositions, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’t working
- Experience working with technical products and concepts with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a successful track record as a team player
- Excellent project management skills and ability to create and apply program timelines, interdependencies, budgets, and post program metrics
- Comfortable in flexible work environment with teammates in multiple time-zones
Great to have :
- Experience with a premium brand in clean energy or consumer technology
- Experience in marketing products to a channel network of independent customers and distributors
