POSITION SUMMARY
Our Delivery Professionals are the face of our company and the key representative to our customers. This is a Full Time Delivery Professional position for our Brooklyn, NY Distribution Center.
Our Delivery Professionals can expect to work a Monday - Friday shift, 7am - 3 : 30pm with Saturday availability needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering memorialization products (new caskets ) to funeral homes in a company provided truck or van.
- Responsible for delivery and warehouse duties as needed.
- Provide customer service with a smile to our customers.
- NO CDL License is required.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Previous driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work a full time schedule including availability on weekends when needed.
- Must have current driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a DOT Physical and MVR Check.

POSITION SUMMARY
The SEO Manager (Search Engine Optimization) develops, implements, and manages the search strategy for client listings on retailer product detail pages and other relevant pages to increase and drive organic traffic and to identify high ranking keywords to support paid search strategy.
This is a fully remote position!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines high-ranking keywords and performs ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and improvement.
- Research keywords on search tools and performs category and competitive analysis.
- Makes data-driven recommendations to optimize copy for SEO.
- Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of search assignments.
- Presents and participates in internal planning meetings and client meetings / presentations.
- Meets quality standards for all assigned deliverables and makes recommendations to management for improvements in textual content, tools, processes and / or assigned tasks.
- Supports Company’s profitability efforts by focusing on the efficient, accurate, and timely completion of the assigned activities.
- Develops client search strategies and analysis for retail eCommerce.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years demonstrated SEO experience
- Expertise in retailer search (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.)
- Solid understanding of retailer space and conversion
- In-depth experience with retailer search tools and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of retailer scorecards and search algorithms
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and / or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.

Mgr accounting
POSITION SUMMARY
The Mgr Finance & Accounting Optimization is responsible for and will be involved in, global process improvement, project management, reporting & analysis, and guiding the strategic direction of the Matthews Global Business Services initiative across the business.
This position will be responsible for financial management duties including budgeting, completing complex projects, reports and investments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes complex project plan deliverables on time per the Global Business Services (GBS) business case, including flexibility to adjust to meet changing executive requirements.
- Acts at the Center of Excellence as a subject matter expert in the areas that fall under Account to Report with GBS : GL Accounting, I / C Accounting, Cost Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting and Consolidations and presents commentary and business insight to help improve performance within the workstreams.
- Accountable for the management and delivery of the overall Account to Report workstream within GBS, including analysis and modeling.
- Drives execution of action plans for Account to Report business plan and ad-hoc analysis generated for the company with respect to the GBS initiative.
- Presents and communicates to all levels of the business.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of direct reports and matrix project team to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished.
Mentors, coaches, trains and develops project team.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and / or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
