Responsibilities

As a Project Manager , you are responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. Also, they work directly with customers and are involved in bidding and billing projects.

In addition, you will :

  • Salary : 90-110k
  • Must be located on the West Coast
  • Knowledge of AT&T CO standards like TP76300 and TP76400
  • Must have specific AT&T Central Office experience
  • Microwave experience a bonus
  • Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
  • Report and communicate to the external customer(s) and internal management each day.
  • Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.
  • Send crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completed.
  • Bid and bill each project once complete.
  • Approve timesheets and daily logs.
  • Ensure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the project.
  • Perform other duties as required and / or assigned.

  • Intermediate experience in schedule management.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have precise hand-eye coordination.
  • Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships.
  • Able to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Able to read blueprints accurately.
  • Able to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Possess safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.

  • Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company
  • Prepare monthly analysis of revenue, cost of goods sold, and operational expenses against the prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
  • Manage the preparation of departmental and organization financial documents
  • Partner with Inventory and Purchasing Team in determining financial impact and preparing periodic forecasts to update management on projected results.
  • Collaborate with management on the development and executive of financial strategies
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
  • Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make a proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
  • Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

About You :

  • You have 4+ years of experience in a similar position; experience with operations preferred
  • Possess a Bachelor in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • You have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload / issues to team deadlines, and have a very positive work attitude including being willing to work some longer hours during peak periods
  • Strong experience in income statement analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Oracle Financials or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

Responsibilities

The Project Set-up Coordinator will work with Team Leads and Managers to provide support within the project team to develop, manage, and facilitate all user training regarding project setup.

This will be based in office with an hourly range of $19.23-21.60 / h.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Review and approve all project set up requests
  • Daily / Weekly reporting to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage all daily, weekly, monthly deliverables.
  • Verify daily sampling of completed project set up request including providing feedback
  • Assist team leads with tracking metrics
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, including communicating all special processing events to Team Leads
  • Troubleshoot project errors with users to ensure accurate data is entered in the system

Qualifications

Skills and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a financial and / or analytical role.
  • Project metrics, reporting, and analysis experience
  • Solid understanding of operational, financial and business fundamentals
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills required
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Oracle experience a plus
