This role is structured to be an on-site work location operating on a hybrid model (remote and on-site).

JOB SUMMARY :

Partner with the Cabinetworks Group Finance team to design and implement financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with key stakeholders and end users to effectively determine business needs, define requirements and expand the functionality and usage of the company’s OneStream platform
• Develop various reports (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) and dashboards as needed
• Ability to build prototype proof of concept applications within the OneStream platform
• Evaluate and recommend new approaches and procedures that result in process improvements and efficiencies
• Maintenance of user security and access rights, organization and entity structures, chart of accounts, mapping translations, reports and book sets, reporting categories for actual, budget, forecast
• Maintenance and enhancement of application Business Rules, Member Formulas, Workflows, and Data Integrations
• Adhere to proper ITGC and change control for solution deployments
• End user training and documentation owner

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, or equivalent
• 2-5 years experience working with CPM platforms (OneStream, Hyperion HFM), multidimensional databases (Hyperion Essbase, OneStream Planning) or as a OneStream Implementation consultant
• Demonstrated knowledge of XFGet functions, Quick Views, and Cube Views
• Strong Accounting and financial close process understanding to enable effective support of consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and financial modeling skills in spreadsheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
• Must be team-oriented and able to handle multiple assignments and be deadline oriented
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to execute and follow through to completion and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• OneStream certifications or Financial Planning and Analysis Certificate (FPAC)
• Experience with data mining tools and dashboard creation
• Experience developing with SQL, .Net, VB.Net or Visual Basic and Excel
• Experience implementing and consuming APIs a plus
• OneStream Administrator / Implementer training a plus
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Frontier, Sage ERP systems a plus

Leads the IT finance teams responsible for all Cabinetworks Group projects, enhancement, and support. Responsible for ensuring application solutions are based off One corporate strategy while avoiding siloed solutions.

Responsible for the company’s financial systems including, but not limited to Oracle, data warehouse, and BI analytics. This position must work with business leaders, outside venders and IT leadership to understand the goals of the company, organize the tasks, produce the necessary results, and report progress.

Must be able to quickly transition their team to urgent requests or critical issues when necessary.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create IT solutions to consolidation financial data
• Support end of month and end of year financial close
• Onboard and manage vendors to assist with projects
• Manages data governance and ensures data integrity among systems
• Oversees initiatives for improving data management processes
• Organize and facilitate calls for critical issues when they arise
• Ensure teams are working on the correct priorities
• Ensure proper testing is complete before any implementation
• Ensures proper documentation is created including requirements gathering and support documentation
• Maintain proper reporting for project and enhancement statuses
• Ensure all solutions adhere to our security policies
• Manage goals and KPIs for the team

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (all fields acceptable), computer science or related field
• 8+ years’ experience working within an IT environment
• 5+ years’ experience managing employees within an IT environment
• 5+ years’ experience supporting IT Finance applications
• Experience with BI analytics and data warehousing
• Experience with Oracle finance
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Ability to find best practices and consolidate processes
• Experience interviewing and hiring technology specialists
• Experience onboarding and managing consultants
• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite
• Project management
• Ability to document processes or manage the creation of technical documents
• Flexibility in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment
• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• Experience with OBIEE
• Experience with Power Bi
• Experience working with a geographically distributed team
