Duties / Responsibilities :

• The main purpose of the Banquet Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent bar experience during banquet events.
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests.
• Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, and stocking.
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar.
• Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Requires Licenses and certification.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

This is a 411-room hotel, a fast-paced environment. The bartender is an essential support to the Front of the House team in creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications :

• Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Comply with sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Deliver exceptional service.
• Check ID to ensure age requirements are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of all bar and lounge areas, including mixers, glassware, etc.

Requirements :

• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
• Ability to work on your feet for eight hrs or more.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
• Be able to work, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements :
