Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Support users in addressing challenges and solving problems using CRM tools.
  • Assist the reporting lead and the Sr. CRM Manager with report and dashboard creation to identify and report on KPIs
  • Identify themes and build resources to support users.
  • Support training sessions through webinar production and deliver or training components.

Data Hygiene

  • Monitor and maintain good data hygiene practices for the database.
  • Work with users to improve processes and recommend permanent solutions to maintain high quality data
  • Assist and lead CRM data clean-up initiatives.
  • Prepare data for upload, as needed.
  • Identify and merge duplicates or erroneous data.
  • Research and backfill data as needed.

Admin & Analysis

  • Maintain and manager license holders; evaluate user data and make recommendations to optimize resources.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining integrated systems. Escalate concerns about data quality.
  • Additional responsibilities may be included, based on the firm’s needs and the successful applicant’s particular strengths and areas of interest.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems or related field
  • Early Career : 2+ years’ experience
  • Experience using Salesforce and creating reports within.
  • Knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, formatting, sorting lists, etc.)
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive problem-solver
  • Passionate about learning and staying up-to-date with the latest in Salesforce features, technology and data requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to work within a multi-faceted business environment and effectively collaborate with others
  • HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and / or Introhive experience a plus

Experience in data visualization, predictive analytics, and marketing automation a plus.

Desktop Analyst- Entry Level

Marcum Search is working with an international law firm in downtown NYC to find an entry level Help Desk / Desktop Analyst to join their firm.

This position is open to recent grad and non-computer science majors with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of Windows and a basic understanding of Mac O / S.

Legal terminology / experience is a plus.

The Desktop / Help Desk Analyst will be required to start 5 days a week onsite and may be able to work remotely 1 day a week once up and running in a downtown NYC office.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting with desktop equipment, application and mobile device issues via phone, remotely and onsite, as well as setup of conference rooms, printers and A / V equipment.

They will also :

  • Assess, triage, research, resolve incidents, service requests and information requests covering application software, hardware componentry, network configuration and infrastructure.
  • Escalate issues according to type and priority
  • Log and track all incidents in a ticketing system
  • Be part of the development and delivery of training

Required skills :

  • Education or experience that provides a strong fluency and understanding of software applications, Windows and Mac operating systems, networking and desktop / device troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows Network functionality including Active Directory (resources and user or computer accounts and groups), Domains (Organizational Units and Group Policies), Domain Controllers, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol.
  • Basic understanding of authentication programs (DUO, RSA) using Android and iPhone devices in support of Citrix Remote access
  • Excellent phone and in person presentation / communication skills and the ability to deliver training
  • Experience with or training in setting up printers and conference room equipment.

Preferred experience :

Marcum LLP is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate with knowledge of professional services for the Firm’s Southern Florida region, supporting both regional and industry marketing initiatives.

The position requires an individual with a desire to perform a variety of marketing functions including business development, event planning, proposal process, and project management.

This role allows for a hybrid work arrangement but requires a physical location in the South Florida region.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Coordinating the generation, editing, and publication of marketing content including blog posts, e-newsletters, website updates, and social media posts
  • Assisting in the development of presentations, proposals, and other collateral
  • Facilitating sponsorships; this includes ensuring payments are processed and requirements are submitted in accordance with deadlines
  • Conducting prospect and market research
  • Planning and executing virtual events, including the creation of registration pages, build-out of the event site (On24 platform), and processing CPE certificates
  • Assisting in the preparation, logistics, and onsite support of events
  • Ensuring brand assets are compliant and consistent, and acting as a brand ambassador
  • Other special projects, as assigned

Education and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 1 year of full-time experience (or 2+ years of internship) in marketing, preferably B2B

  • Collaborative individual with a natural client service orientation and can-do attitude
  • Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project manager who can stay organized and ensure accuracy of details while managing concurrent projects with strict and often competing deadlines
