Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary and reports to the Site Coordinator. This position will have mandatory overtime.

General Duties : Sweeps, dusts, mops, scrubs, washes, vacuums, waxes, and polishes building floors, walls, woodwork, windows, furniture, equipment, and hardware.

Uses vacuum cleaners to clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and blinds. Dusts furniture and equipment. Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors and sills.

Replace batteries in hand dispensers & automatic toilet flushers. Refill coffee supplies in common space areas Clean and sanitize coffee machines.

  • Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, conference rooms, and work areas, keeps washrooms supplied with paper, towels, and soap Covid -19 sanitize doorknobs, elevator buttons, printers & frequently touched surfaces Collects and disposes of trash and garbage;
  • moves equipment and furniture such as tables and chairs back in their designated area. Requests supply orders and distributes custodial supplies;

maintains inventory. Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures. Supervises and reports building issues to Site Coordinator / Facilities Manager.
