The Role & Project.

MACA are seeking experienced High Voltage Electrician’s to join our maintenance team on a 2 / 1 roster, flying from Perth to Cape Preston

The Cape Preston Sino Iron Project is the largest magnetite mining and processing operation in Australia 100km southwest of Karratha in Western Australia

To be successful in this role you will possess the following :

• An Australian Trade Qualification
• An Electrical Licence coupled with High Voltage Certification
• Experience diagnosing and rectifying faults within mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working on heavy earthmoving fleet is essential.
• Exposure to GE drive systems
• High Risk Licence Dogging, Elevated Work Platform and Working at Heights (desirable)
• HR Driver licence (desirable)
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Have a Can Do attitude to safety.
• Manage performance, planning servicing, repair, and preventative maintenance on Excavator - Liebherr R9800 and Haul Trucks - MT4400 Bucyrus
