Janitor
Summary
The janitor will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties, and maintaining the showroom and warehouse clean.
Compensation : This is a non-exempt, hourly role. Hourly rates start at $17.00+, plus Over Time (paid at 1.5x), plus Bonuses.
Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $36,360 and $54,770 or more, depending on experience, overtime hours worked and bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities :
- Perform general cleaning of all areas including the showroom and warehouse.
- Clean the restrooms, and replenish the stalls with toilet paper.
- Empty the trash from both the office and warehouse locations.
- Clean the building floors by sweeping, mopping and using the sweeper machine.
- Responsible for replenishing the maintenance supplies in the stock room.
- Perform minor repairs as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and / or Experience requirements :
- High School Education preferred.
- Two (2) plus years experience in a warehouse environment.
- 1-2 years of janitorial experience.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Experience driving a sweeper preferred.
- Knowledge of using a computer or tablet is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Social Media Manager
Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content, scheduling and monitoring posts, and responding to customers on various social mediaplatforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities :
- This position requires proficiency in Hootsuite, managing user-generated content (UGC) and correspondences through four-sixty, securing photography of UGC,
- and managing collaboration partnerships.
- Create and manage social media content for various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Schedule and monitor social media posts using Hootsuite to ensure timely delivery and optimize engagement.
- Share a monthly performance report for all social channels.
- Increase followers and engagement on all platforms, especially Instagram.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Manage UGC content and correspondences through four-sixty to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Secure photography of UGC and coordinate with photographers to ensure high-quality visuals for social media content.
- Manage collaboration partnerships with influencers, brands, and other third-party partners to drive engagement and growth on social media.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and / or Experience requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or related field.
- Proficiency in Hootsuite and other social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with photography preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Salary Range : $55,000-$65,000. Estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $55,000 and $65,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
