Job Summary :
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to upload, manage, and close listings on the local MLS for multiple cities.
This role will assist in the creation of process to organize listings for each location. The candidate should have excellent communication skills via email and telephone, the ability to copy edit existing content, and to follow a prescribed Style Guide for written content.
The candidate will need to be capable of editing and inputting content quickly and accurately. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Real Estate listing websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Edit, upload and audit MLS listing content
- Assist in editing, uploading, and auditing website content
- Organize and prioritize changes to home listings status
- Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools to manage changes
- Perform other duties as assigned.

1-2 year of content management experience

- Awareness of Real Estate listing websites
- Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
