We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded goal-achiever to become a part of our cohesive and collaborative Sales Success Team.

We are looking for someone to join our community and partner on a new client project that aims to provide market expansion strategies using direct sales methods with a focus on delivering superior customer experiences.

The Sales Success Representative will be responsible for overseeing a designated territory as assigned by the Sales Account Manager and will manage the end-to-end process of initial outreach, customer sign-up, delivery, and experience.

As the Sales Success Representative, you will interact directly with our upper-level management, consumers, clients, and industry-leading executives.

You will design and implement sales and outreach strategies that prioritize the customer's needs first. You will learn to develop realistic sales forecast reports to deliver to the Sales Account Manager and client to predict quarterly growth and expansion.

You will be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring that our team is utilizing industry-leading sales techniques, and ultimately partnering with our Account Executives to understand our business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing : Deliver superior product presentations using value-based sales strategies and empathizing with the customer's needs Nurture current and active customer relationships to upsell future service levels and utilize our portfolio of products and services available Attending daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on client and product knowledge, industry-leading sales techniques and outreach methods, and reviewing compliance standards and regulations Actively search for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales, training, and onboarding procedures Work cross-functionally with the Sales Success Team and the Client Account Manager to drive incremental market expansion and revenue What You Should Have : 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or outreach role.

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will contribute to one of our most important company initiatives : client representation and branding.

You will cross-train and work with individuals in multiple departments including marketing, sales, business development, and customer service to identify and maximize opportunities to increase client market share and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace for our client’s brands.

You will work closely with your marketing teammates to meet client brand exposure and sales goals through daily meetings and executing marketing plans.

You will be responsible for organizing marketing initiatives, presenting daily to potential customers, and refining the plans through a continual feedback loop.

This position reports to the Market Manager and is a valued member of the overall marketing team. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing Associate : Become well versed in client product knowledge and services provided while maintaining a good working knowledge of the competition.

Create and conduct sales presentations to customers and clients during in-field residential marketing campaigns. Educate prospects on the benefits of our services to foster a positive brand experience and increase sales of our client’s services.

Assist with test markets and territory identification. Communicate daily with team members on progress in the campaign and game plan for solutions and continued success.

Requirements of the Entry Level Marketing Associate : 1-2 years in direct marketing, field marketing and sales, field sales, B2B or B2C sales, brand management, or a customer-focused position.
