WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Working at our Byron Center location with our marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee our business to business and business to customers digital marketing strategies, manage our paid digital campaigns, help maintain and improve our family of websites, and conduct data analysis.
Day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Modeling Lumbermen’s core values while creating an atmosphere where Lumbermen’s is first choice’ of our customers.
- Establishing the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
- Leading the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and data and analytics to support future business growth.
- Leading the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimization.
- Establishing best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach.
- Assisting in email marketing, including mapping out campaigns, list hygiene, reporting and more.
- Assisting with audience development including CRM functions related to marketing, including list management.
- Working with other team members to hit organizational goals and objectives.

Key Qualifications / Requirements
- High School diploma / GED required (College degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional marketing environment
- Experience working with Google Ads.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEM platforms and techniques
- Analytical knowledge and experience reporting on campaigns (understand key metrics and develop action plans using that data)
- Experience or interest in building materials a plus.
- The ability to provide examples of projects and campaigns with results will be requested.
