Parts Delivery Driver

We are currently hiring for a Parts Delivery Driver.

This is a driving position in a company vehicle where you will be picking up and dropping parts off from vendors to various worksites.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to :

  • Provide efficient and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner
  • Accurately check, compare, and verify invoices to ordered parts pulled to insure accuracy
  • Assist with checking in stock orders
  • Clean and perform routine maintenance functions for the delivery vehicle
  • Adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials
  • Performing all other associated duties assigned by management

Requirements of the job :

  • A valid state driver’s license and clear driving record
  • A keen sense of direction with the ability to read a map and find your way around the area
  • Maintain good attendance and arrive to work for each shift in a timely manner
  • Able to drive in all types of weather

Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
  • Announcing clients as necessary
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Scheduling appointments

Requirements :

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
