BASIC PURPOSE : This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Musket’s Vice President, and Directors.

Duties include general clerical, and administrative tasks and project responsibilities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assisting others, and working independently, in gathering and analyzing data and assembling it for use in internal / external meetings, presentations or reports, as directed by the Vice President or Directors
• Maintain and / or assemble and publish reports such as organization charts, floor plans and space utilization, budget and expenditure tracking and reconciliation spreadsheets
• Take and distribute meeting notes
• Manage the local conference room booking through Outlook tools
• Schedule and book travel and arrangements
• Preparation of Executive(s) expense reports
• Interface with internal and external parties for Executive through written and phone correspondence and administrative meetings as required
• Light filing, copying, faxing, and organizing
• Calendar maintenance and appointment scheduling for Executive
• Maintain conference rooms and common areas in a professional manner
• Answer main phone line, direct calls, and greet visitors to the office
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Education :
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• Experience :
• 5 years experience in similar role

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

• Skills :
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Hard skills : Computer Skills, Microsoft Office, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, Typing (60+ wpm)

BASIC PURPOSE : Contact Center Representative provides exceptional customer service, Roadside Service dispatch, and initiates sales to a wide range of clients.

Contact Center Representatives will be instrumental in creating an environment of service excellence that transcends service levels commonly experienced in the industry.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provides the highest quality customer experience and exceeds expectations of all internal and external customers by handling all questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
• Assists customers, stores, and restaurant personnel by handling questions, complaints, and inquiries via inbound telephone calls, voicemail messages, e-mail messages, comment cards, U.S. mail, etc.
• Detailed documentation of customer incidents and resolutions in case records, emails, etc. in a proficient, accurate, and timely manner.
• Follow-up of customer cases and escalations to management, other departments, customers, etc. and posts resolutions to case records.
• Maintains MLR (My Love Rewards) loyalty program by assisting customers and store personnel with MLR general program questions, status level, and performing account maintenance as needed.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

BASIC PURPOSE : Process all fuel paperwork received by Gemini Back Office. Respond to and research requests from other departments and outside companies in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures when entering fuel paperwork into various internal programs.
• Verify customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, cancelling or reentering data to fix discrepancies.
• Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete.
• Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Operate along a fast-paced team that has daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Seek additional information and help from relevant personnel or department, or from outside source.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Education :
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience :
• Fuel or Transportation experience is preferred.
• Data entry experience and 10-key experience is preferred.

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

• Skills :
• Hard Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient with using a 10-key.
• Soft Skills : Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.
• Typical Physical Demands :
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
