Security Officer
Hiring Full or Part Time Security Officer. $1000 Hiring Bonus! Day, Evening and overnight shifts available. Must have prior security experience preferably hotel security.
Must currently have or be able to obtain upon hire CPR and First Aid certification.
Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor
Location : AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Bellevue / Downtown
Life as a Housekeeping Supervisor :
- Schedule routine inspections of all guest rooms / suites and public areas to ensure everything is clean and in good repair.
- Assist in controlling expenses and minimizing waste in all areas of housekeeping.
- Ensure lobbies, guest hallways, guest rooms and the back of the house areas are cleaned to LDHG standards.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and housekeeping staff during unanticipated rush periods.
- Maintain required PARs of all housekeeping and laundry supplies by ordering all needed supplies and amenities on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Respond to all guest requests, situations, complaints and accidents presented to housekeeping in an attentive, courteous and efficient way.
What we're looking for :
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace
- Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc., from disparate sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need

Server

- Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual.
- Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
- Answer any guest questions about the menu.
- Operate the electronic cash register / P.O.S. system (where applicable).
- Check food before serving it to guests to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
What we're looking for :
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
- Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.
