What you will do in this role :

• Identify, recruit, screen, and present candidates for technology positions.
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers.
• Assist with the development of job descriptions.
• Post open positions on various job sites.
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What you will need for this role :

• 3-5 years IT staffing recruiting
• Self-motivated and directed with strong desire for growth
• Understanding of temp, perm, and consulting recruiting processes
• Superior communication and relationship skills
