Lexus or Orlando, a large local luxury dealership, has an immediate full time opening for an experienced Detail Assistant Manager.

Successful candidate must be dependable with a drive for excellence. We are looking for an energetic, professional with a positive can do attitude to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities : * Overseeing daily operation of the detail department* Scheduling and supervision of over 25 department employees* Ordering and monitoring detail supplies* Overseeing and coordinating employee training* Ensuring the dealership’s rigorous quality standards are adhered to

Job Description

• Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet and welcome all guests with enthusiasm and warmth
• Enter guest’s information into the customer management system
• Prepare and maintain Excel prospect tracking reports

Job Requirements

• Receptionist will need to have previous receptionist or customer relations experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Receptionist must possess superior organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Receptionist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Receptionist must possess a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance
• Receptionist must have a working knowledge of Excel
• Receptionist must have the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours up until 9pm and Saturday and Sunday hours.

Responsibilities :

• Answer phone inquiries and internet sales leads in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to our guests their specific vehicle inquiries.
• Create a strong rapport with the guests to build confidence in the dealership and product, which result in sales appointments
• Use CRM software to generate prospect leads in system to facilitate proper follow-up
• Obtain extensive product knowledge by participating and completing provided training courses
• Provide our guests with a world-class experience to distinguish us from our competition
• Must be available to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours
