The Receptionist / Administrative Associate will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization.

They will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately with high quality and in a timely manner.

This position works on-site Monday through Friday at our Dallas, TX office.

Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Receptionist / Administrative Associate are :

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Receive and distribute packages / mail / emails / faxes
  • Filing / Scanning / Document Management
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments, as needed
  • Provide set up for meetings, rooms, foods, etc.
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain Kitchen & Conference rooms
  • Assist Office Manager as needed
  • Additional duties as required

Successful Receptionist / Administrative Associate candidates will have :

Required :

  • Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to dissect financial statements.
  • Strong organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail in order to produce accurate results
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Polished and professional communication skills : interpersonal, written, and oral
  • Strong computer skills that include a knowledge of Office Suite and internet navigation
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Preferred :

Financial or Insurance background
