Position Summary : The Dishwasher is an entry-level position that provides important support to restaurant staff while offering fundamental training and experience to the employee.

The dishwasher maintains high standards for cleanliness by washing tableware, kitchen items and performing other cleaning tasks as assigned.

Dishwashers store all dishes properly to maintain a, organized, functional workspace. We pay premiums wages beginning no less than $15.

Job Tasks

  • Clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, serving items and equipment as per the approved sanitation and food safe guidelines.
  • Operate the dishwasher and check all items for cleanliness.
  • Store all clean dishes in the appropriate areas.
  • Maintain all dishwashing and other cleaning equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment around the dishwashing area.
  • Load or unload food and supplies.
  • Clean the garbage area; and sort and remove trash.
  • Assist with food preparation when required.
  • Prepare trays and banquet accessories.

Sweep and mop floors.

Main Responsibilities, Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Performing General Physical Activities : Must stand for long periods of time and multi-task in a fast- paced environment while performing physical activities that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.

The dishwasher must be able to perform tasks safely in an environment is often wet. Must exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length.

Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc. weighing up to 40 pounds and must possess finger dexterity to use small tools adeptly.

Must follow instructions carefully.

Communication : The dishwasher must communicate in a professional manner with guests, coworkers and management. The dishwasher must also be able to understand instructions, read written company memorandums and communicate when he or she needs more direction.

Interpersonal Relationships : Dishwashers must adapt to different personalities of guests and coworkers without losing focus.

Extreme familiarity or conflicts with coworkers often weaken a team-oriented work environment.

Problem Solving : Dishwashers must recognize a problem when it arises and be able to resolve it appropriately by using good judgement and initiative according to company policy and procedure.

Technical Skills : Must know or quickly learn how to use and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.

Summary : Part guest ambassador and part mixologist. Bartenders are responsible for enhancing the guest experience through personal interaction, food and beverage knowledge and local goings on in the community.

Reports to : Bar Manager

Job Tasks

  • Use sales techniques to increase revenues from alcohol and full-service menu in the bar.
  • Prepare alcoholic beverages for guests and servers.
  • Serve food in the bar.
  • Control inventory for alcohol and bar supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
  • Stock alcohol and bar supplies.
  • Improve bar menu and drink recipes.
  • Prepare drink garnishes.
  • Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and limit problems and liability.
  • Verify legal age requirements.
  • Complete bar orders and cash and credit card transactions.
  • Balance cash receipts at the end of each shift.
  • Run cash reports.

Housekeeping Guest Unit Cleaner - Lively Beach Resoert

Summary : A Housekeeping Unit Cleaner is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive rental units, hallways, and public areas of multi-unit properties.

Team member is expected to follow all cleaning and safety procedures, replacing linens and replenishing guest unit supplies.

The ideal candidate for these positions is EXTREMELY detail-oriented and must have a heightened awareness and attention to detail.

Reliability is of the utmost importance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests, team members and community.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to Legacy Ventures Service standards as outlined in the Blueprint and other policies / rules of conduct, to include personal appearance / grooming, attendance and safe / efficient operations.
  • Comply at all times with company and brand standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest units per shift.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
  • Prepare housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
  • Clean guest unit with the door closed always unless requested to do otherwise by the guest.
  • Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons / boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager.
  • Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager.
  • Handle items for Lost and Found according to the standards.
  • Follow all procedures as outlined by the Manager.
  • Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
