POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide evaluation, consultative, and counseling services in the school setting. Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead the multidisciplinary team in the process of identifying students as eligible for and in need of special education services.

- Lead the multidisciplinary evaluation team (MET) through the evaluation process when a student is referred for a special education evaluation.
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and use professional judgment in order to identify areas that need additional data collected.
- Participate in Legacy Traditional School non-violent crisis response team if trained.
- Conduct classroom observations as part of the special education evaluation process, child study team (CST) process and as a consultative process.
- Prepare cohesive and timely evaluation reports.
- Interpret assessment data and impart it to parents and MET members in a meaningful way.
- Identify students’ needs and develop programming recommendations based on evaluation outcomes.
- Lead the school team in the development and implementation of behavior plans.
- Lead the school’s pre-referral intervention team.
- Provide counseling services in alignment with student’s IEPs and / or 504 plans.
- Provide school based counseling in accordance with pre-referral intervention or informally.
- Facilitate training on topics related to position on an as-needed basis.
- Provide consultative services to teachers and administrators regarding behavioral and academic concerns.
- Other duties as assigned by the deputy superintendent of exceptional student services, special education coordinator, principal, school psychologist coordinator.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Education, Licensure, or Certification
Master’s degree in Education required, educational specialist, certificate of advanced graduate studies or sixth year professional certificate preferred
Nevada Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate
The incumbent in this position will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage and maintain calendaring for our superintendent all yearly office meetings & quarterly office meetings; all staff meeting;
people leaders meeting
Work with the superintendent to coordinate catering for meetings / pick up and set up
Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support operations.
Arrange travel.
Maintain office supplies.
Process expense / reimbursement reports and reconcile monthly credit card expenses.
Distribute mail
Support Campus Events
Support appropriate personal needs for Superintendent
Support and attend community events on evenings and weekends as needed
Take notes in meetings
Return calls and emails on behalf of the Superintendent as needed
Protect calendar and time of Superintendent to ensure she is able to make all meetings on time
Support clerical needs of Superintendent
Build rapport with campus administration
Coordinate Superintendent Parent and Staff Events as needed
Support Superintendent at all school board meetings
Assist superintendent in creating presentations and meeting agendas
Support all other office and administrative duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred

3+ years of experience in executive support

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for driving a school bus on an assigned route, while ensuring students' safety in the school bus.
Employees in this classification receive general supervision within a framework of standard policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to safety rules.

High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of 1 year experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred
Valid Texas Commercial Drivers License Class B with a P and S Passenger endorsement
No record of DWI or convictions for the past 10 years and acceptable driving record according to the Texas Department of Public Safety Standards
Maintain an acceptable driving record while according to the Texas Department of Public Safety Standards while employed with Legacy Traditional Schools
Must pass pre-employment annual State required physical examination
Must pass pre-employment drug / alcohol test
Must read, write, speak and follow written and verbal instructions in English

Must be able to operate any size automatic transmission bus
