The Financial Analyst will assist with forecasting, budgeting, reporting, strategic planning, performance analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance.
• 2+ years' experience in corporate financial planning & analysis.
• Advanced skills with Excel, able to create complex financial models.
• Skilled performing analysis and providing financial ratios from financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Duties include :

• Manage program wide budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, preparation of financial status reports
• Oversee general accounting, payroll, timesheet procedures, costing, record preparation and maintenance and invoicing.
• Experience working with government contracts
• Publish monthly consolidated P&L
• Month and Quarter end close
• Heavy use of Microsoft Excel

They are looking to interview and have someone start ASAP.

Duties include :

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliation
• Financial statement preparation and analysis
• Financial data entry
• Other general accounting and administrative functions

This role requires at least 3 years of recent full cycle accounting experience and strong written communication skills.
