Our client is looking for a Finance Manager that will provide operational and strategic insight while leading and managing finance, accounting, and administration departments.

The company is well positioned for increased profitability and is poised to grow both organically and through acquisitions with the leadership of the right CFO.

The DOF will be responsible for high-level strategic leadership as well as performing hands-on operational activities such as day-to-day accounting matters, financial modeling, forecasting, project / product profitability analysis, payment terms, etc.

Building a high performance team, training and development are key aspects of the position. Responsibilities : Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Create processes and systems to support growth Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans Develop financial and tax strategies Manage the capital request and budgeting processes Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments Oversee the company's transaction processing systems Implement operational best practices Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions.

Director of Catering

Filling every occasion with great food and service! Our client is currently seeking a Director of Catering Operations for a NEW account near Los Angeles, CA .

The Catering Director will assist in developing our catering department and will be responsible for developing and executing catering solutions to meet our customer needs.

Events can range from coffee service to VIP dining events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordinates and oversees internal and external catering events from beginning through execution
  • Generates effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Trains, and schedules catering staff, and will be actively involved in the development of existing catering staff in-service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures
  • Ensures successful operations of catering functions including labor cost control, foods cost control and preparation, transportation, setup, operation, and cleanup of all events
  • Works with the company’s Marketing teams to implement effective strategies to build catering revenue
  • Responsible to achieve goals for 3rd party sales, large catering venues and additional corporate industries
  • Manage relationship with all 3rd party relationships, Growing, Maintain it
  • Creates and delivers all training curriculum as assigned pertaining to the sales team role.
  • Provides support of sales team as requested with the day-to-day routines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Associate’s Degree is preferred in either Hospitality or Culinary Arts
  • High volume catering experience
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry with management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at times with minimal supervision, and accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions
  • This position supervises hourly employees
  • Strong understanding of business goals and applying techniques and strategies to expedite the achievement of those goals.
  • Experience interacting and creating relationships with internal and external customers of all levels and skill sets. Positions at this location require proof of COVID-19 vaccination, boosters, and / or regular COVID testing.
