Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This position is a bilingual hourly part-time position.

Shift : Friday Tuesday 10 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (Days Off : Wednesday & Thursday)

Location : 2559 Consulate Dr. Orlando, FL 32819

Pay Rate : $14.50 per hour

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of bilingual customer service experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to be detail-oriented and be able to work independently
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Bilingual REQUIRED English / Spanish

Package Specialist / Dispatcher

Schedules Available :

6 : 00AM - 2 : 30PM, Friday and Sunday off

1 : 30PM - 10 : 00PM, Saturday and Wednesday off

Location : 13190 NW 17th St, Miami, FL 33182

Pay : 18.00 / Hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Primarily facilitates the daily independent contractor services, and resolution of service, routing, and delivery issues.
• Analyzes freight volume in relation to daily independent contractor availability.
• Compiles statistics and reports for branch operations.
• Serves as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers.
• Embraces diversity and foster a respectful environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of dispatch experience
• Ability to be detail-oriented and be able to work independently
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Bilingual English / Spanish
